I spent some time sitting here and watching the seals bobbling around in the harbour. A perfect spot to watch the boats and seals go by.

Portnahaven was planned and built during the 19th century with fishing and crofting as the villagers’ main employment. (Islayinfo.com)

The village is built around the sheltered harbour and couldn´t be more picturesque.
