I visited one of the smaller beaches in the Isle of Lewis, but still a very beautiful one – Dalbeg Beach.
Right behind the beach is a pond with waterlilies and a stunning meadow, the Machair. There are also the remains of a blackhouse with beautiful views.
Horgabost – a township with a campsite and a stunning beach in the south of the Isle of Harris. I spent a few hours walking along the beach, enjoying the waves and just playing around with the camera.

The famous layby looking down towards Seilebost—I was pretty lucky with the tide and the weather—looked stunning, but it always does!
