Greeted by the sounds of pipes and drums I spent this morning at Kursalon Hübner, enjoying cream tea with scones and a little british flair. From Twinings to British Airways, House of Scotland, Brompton bicycles, used books and Whiskey – there was a lot to discover and to imagine to be in the UK for a little bit.
This weekend 100 street artists from around the world left the streets and met at Karlsplatz. Musicians, jugglers, fire shows, walk acts, pantomime, dancers, acrobats and many more cast their spell on their audience on six different spots.
There are also workshops, special kids shows, a pop up art market, lots of different food stands and a dance floor. Check out the wide range of artists on the Buskers Vienna website!
Only four more weeks to go until the third Vintage Salon Vienna will open its doors again. This time it will take place at Semperdepot – Atelierhaus der Akademie der Bildenden Künste Wien. Come and see different vintage labels from Austria, Germany and Italy. Clothes, make up, furniture, a Gianfranco Ferré exhibition and a private Helmut Lang sale – it´s going to be a vintage shopping experince deluxe!
